Didn’t get the glasses you wanted?
Sometimes things don’t work out. We get it! If you love our glasses but didn’t quite get your order right the first time, you can exchange your purchase. Follow the steps below to exchange your order:
If you need to exchange your purchase, place your glasses in a box with your invoice and a note stating that you would like to exchange your glasses.
Within this note, please include:
- The style and color you would like to exchange for
- Lens type

Once we receive your exchange, our team will get your new glasses ready for shipment. If you require a refund, we will issue the refund. We will then email you letting you know the refund total for your records.
*Note: This may take up to 3-5 business days to show up on a bank account. If you do not see the transaction on your statement within that time, please contact us and we will assist you.
