At Phonetic Eyewear, we sell all of our glasses exclusively as an online retailer.
With that said, if for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer our customers a 30-day return and exchange policy. Follow the steps below to return your Phonetic Eyewear product:
If you need to return your purchase, log into your Phonetic Eyewear account, select ORDERS from the quick links menu, then select RETURN and leave a comment stating why you are returning your purchase. Once your return is submitted, our team is immediately notified and someone will be in contact with you via email to complete your return.
Or you can place your glasses in a box with your invoice and a note stating that you would like a full refund.
